Embracing the Darkness + Finding the Light: Uplifting Practices for the Season Ahead
Moving through this season of transition, from Autumn to Winter, and finding the light within. Right now, we’re in a season of transition and heading toward the darkest time of the year.
At the same time, we’re living in a dark time in our World. What are the gifts of darkness and this season? How can we re-source ourselves when it all feels too heavy and overwhelming?
We’ll uncover both what we love and what we struggle with right now, remember our belonging in the greater web of life, and know that we can lean on our like-minded community when we need a break.
While this workshop will incorporate concepts from the Yoga tradition, you do not need to have any Yoga experience at all. All are welcome!

We move mindfully and breathe intentionally to cleanse + prepare for a meditative sit together beginning at 9am.

Lindsey Simmonds sound baths are a unique blend of crystal bowl harmonic vibrations, guided meditation, and restorative reiki energy healing. She uses a variety of crystal bowls, each tuned to a specific frequency, to create a harmonious and healing environment. People often share feeling a deep sense of relaxation, clarity and peace after her sound baths.
We provide mats, small pillows, bolsters, blankets, meditation cushions, eye masks, and if you want to bring anything to be extraaa cozy and comfortable, please feel free to do so!

Tuesday Teen Yoga
This one is for the Teens! Sign up here for Mikayla’s first weekly Teen Yoga Class :)
This class is a designated space for teen-aged humans (ages 13-19).
Participants move through gentle postures (asana) aiming for stability + mobility, and introduce breath techniques known to improve focus while reducing stress and anxiety.
Whether looking to unwind after a busy day, boost athletic performance, or simply connect with some inner calm, this class offers a lovely blend of movement, relaxation, and self discovery.
2nd Sunday Sangha September
With a new optional meditation prep from 8:30-8:55am! We move gently and mindfully for about 5-10 minutes and breathe intentionally for 15ish minutes to prepare for a 20 minute meditative sit together beginning at 9am.

The Art of Holding Space: A Circle for Us with Haley Martin

Talking circles are used to bring connection, teachings, experiences and healing to those who participate.
In circle, you can share your own life experiences and listen to the experiences of others. With Haley’s guidance, you have the option to somatically process what comes up for you or be complete with your share.
There is no interrupting one another. In this circle it is asked that there is no responding to another's share. Save what you want to share to another for after circle. Practice Asteya, the art of non stealing.
By participating in these circles, you not only honor your own journey but also contribute to a collective healing experience.
