Monthly Community Meditation 2nd Sunday Satsang

This is a casual monthly gathering to meditate collectively and be present with like hearted humans (satsang).
We meditate together for 15 minutes followed with time together in community. There is an optional meditation preparation from 8:30-9am for support before we meditate.

New Moon Nidra

New Moons are for relaxing, resting, and turning inward. The energies are minimal and at the lowest levels. We can pause during this time to set aside doing for a little while and focus on feeling, breathing, and being present.
Join Tina Godfrey in her special two-part series, New Moon Nidra, ending Saturday, June 13th at 7pm. This practice includes centering, imagery, breathing, deep extended relaxation, and time for reflection. We will be working with the quiet New Moon energy and reconnecting with ourselves.

Radiant Mama Yoga: Prenatal + Postpartum Yoga for Every Stage of Motherhood

Radiant Mama Yoga is a supportive gentle yoga class for all stages of motherhood — from prenatal to postpartum, and beyond. With mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation, we find ease and reconnect with the body. This welcoming space is curated to help us find calm and community on our journey.
Feel free to bring a journal if you have one and would like to write down any reflections. Participants are also welcome to invite a companion (friend, spouse) if they would like to participate together!
Finding Center: Yoga Practices for our Scattered Selves
We are all being pulled in so many different directions these days, and it can leave us feeling scattered, disconnected, and stuck. The good news is that the movement and breath practices of Yoga can be a big help, as can being in a community of like-minded souls.
Join us on May 31st for this calming, restorative 3-hour experiential workshop where we’ll explore what takes us off center and how we can return – not only during the workshop but anytime we need to during our busy lives. All are welcome!

Pranayama is the practice of directing our energy. In this weekend training, we learn multiple breathing techniques to guide the energy toward a state of meditation. Pratyahara, withdrawing senses is another practice we have worked with to help the mind find ease in calm to be able to focus. We also learn about different ways to bring the mind toward meditation using Dharana, a point to focus on.
Many students have described this weekend as a kind of spiritual retreat with the level of depth of breath and meditation.
