Our approach with Yoga is holistic, honoring the ancient practices of Himalayan Hatha Yoga that offer the foundation: the ethics of Yama and Niyama, gentle embodied movement: Asana, energy direction: Pranayama, deep relaxation: Pratyahara, focused visualization: Dharana, meditation: Dhyana, combined with conscious compassionate awareness in our modern age with liberatory practices + action: Samadhi.
We believe in the power of connecting with Nature, so we offer supportive practices from Yoga’s sister science, Ayurveda, to help us live a harmonized, healthy and peaceful life.
Yoga encourages self study, self awareness and self love as keys to finding a pathway to peace. We make it easy: come exactly as you are, wear comfort clothes, and simply be what feels aligned in this moment.
