Weekly Yoga Classes

Our Weekly Schedule

  • Dr. Priya leads this Sunday evening Yin class that helps us step into our week ahead fully rejuvenated and relaxed. In person only, sign up here.

In this chakra based yoga experience, we mindfully move through a slow practice, holding each posture for several minutes. The intention is to bring harmony to the chakras (energetic centers) through supportive asanas.

The class includes affirmations and has an integrative guided meditation. Feel free to bring a journal to reflect on what comes up. All levels are welcome, dress cozy!

  • Our Moon Phase yoga class offered by Tina Godfrey is designed to align with lunar energy to cultivate connection with our inner self. Offered Online + In Person

Each moon phase is an opportunity to supportively nurture our bodies, minds, hearts, and lives.

Setting intentions, making time for rest, and channeling lunar energies helps us reconnect with our true needs and desires in this beautiful life.

  • Play helps us remember our creativity, nurturing our ability to imagine + renew. Enjoy sound, embodied movement + prana direction, followed by a relaxing withdrawal + brief meditation from the wisdom of the Himalayan Hatha Yoga Lineage.

This experience soothes the spirit by grounding in steady + curious presence. Leela, in Sanskrit, is sacred play: the natural evolution of ease on our yoga path. Afterall, what comes after practice? :) Cozy comfort clothing highly advised!

Online + In Person by Ashlynn Andersen

  • Join this almost-end-of-the-week lunch hour class for gentle movements and space to breathe.

We’ll explore simple yet effective “joints and glands” from the Himalayan Institute tradition, as well as light asana (postures), pranayama (breathing) and relaxation that leaves you refreshed and ready for the rest of your day and remainder of the week.

  • Offered Online + In Person This yoga class combines Ayurveda wisdom with nourishing Yoga alignment.

As Yoga's sister science, Ayurveda means "science of life" and describes how elements exist outside of us also exist within us in the form of air, ether, fire, earth, and water.

Susi's masterfully curated yoga practices highlight how to balance the variable elements of the seasons, with added support for your individual constitution.

“ The body reflects the habitual,
not the occasional ”

Susi Amendola

What we do, how we think and move are all subject to our habits. When we repeat a practice over and over, it has an effect on us.

It’s like placing a stone in a stream. By placing a stone in the same place over and over, the stream eventually changes its direction.

This is much the same when we move the body the same way over and over, for better or for worse. Yoga increases and even shifts the flow of blood and energy, opening areas that have been blocked through held tension or trauma.

Over time, and with gentleness, a new pathway opens.

A new habit is formed.
