Kathleen McBee

Yoga Student + Certified Teacher

A woman with brown hair in a ponytail, wearing a beige sleeveless top and black pants, is kneeling in a forest with tall trees and green foliage, smiling with her arms crossed over her knee.

My name is Kathleen McBee and my relationship with wellness began alongside the start of my teaching career.

In 2016, I began working as an elementary music teacher. I heard about a yoga class that was being offered twice a week at one of the elementary schools in my district and was craving a way to take care of myself as I navigated the challenges of being a first year teacher.

It didn’t take long at all for this class to spark a passion for yoga. I soon began seeking out more opportunities to practice and dig into this work.

Since then, I have completed a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), Children’s YTT, and Prenatal YTT. I am passionate about creating spaces where people can find peace, reset, and reconnect with themselves.
