With a new optional meditation prep from 8:30-8:55am! We move gently and mindfully for about 5-10 minutes and breathe intentionally for 15ish minutes to prepare for a 20 minute meditative sit together beginning at 9am.
Ashlynn Andersen leads our September collective meditation. This is a monthly gathering to meditate together and share in community with one another afterward. All lineages welcome.
