This class is a designated space for teen-aged humans (ages 13-19).
Participants move through gentle postures (asana) aiming for stability + mobility, and introduce breath techniques known to improve focus while reducing stress and anxiety.
Whether looking to unwind after a busy day, boost athletic performance, or simply connect with some inner calm, this class offers a lovely blend of movement, relaxation, and self discovery.
