Ashlynn Andersen leads our March collective meditation. This is a monthly gathering to meditate together and share in community with one another afterward. All lineages welcome.
With an optional meditation prep from 8:30-8:59am! We move mindfully and breathe intentionally to cleanse + prepare for a meditative sit together beginning at 9am.
