Moving through this season of transition, from Autumn to Winter, and finding the light within. Right now, we’re in a season of transition and heading toward the darkest time of the year.
At the same time, we’re living in a dark time in our World. What are the gifts of darkness and this season? How can we re-source ourselves when it all feels too heavy and overwhelming?
We’ll uncover both what we love and what we struggle with right now, remember our belonging in the greater web of life, and know that we can lean on our like-minded community when we need a break.
While this workshop will incorporate concepts from the Yoga tradition, you do not need to have any Yoga experience at all. All are welcome!
