We can pause during this time to set aside doing for a little while and focus on feeling, breathing, and being present.
Join Tina Godfrey in her special two-part series, New Moon Nidra, starting Saturday, May 16th at 7pm. This practice includes centering, imagery, breathing, deep extended relaxation, and time for reflection. We will be working with the quiet New Moon energy and reconnecting with ourselves.
