This is a unique opportunity to join our Yoga Certification Program for a special weekend immersion in Breathing + Meditation practices led by Susi Amendola.

  • Friday 1.9 6-9pm Intro to Breathing + Meditation

  • Saturday 1.10 9:30-10:30 yoga class / lunchbreak / 1-5p training

  • Sunday 1.11 9:30-12:30 training / lunchbreak / 2-5 training

Financial Investment: $150

Pranayama is the practice of directing our energy. In this weekend training, we learn multiple breathing techniques to guide the energy toward a state of meditation. Pratyahara, withdrawing senses is another practice we have worked with to help the mind find ease in calm to be able to focus. We also learn about different ways to bring the mind toward meditation using Dharana, a point to focus on.

Many students have described this weekend as a kind of spiritual retreat with the level of depth of breath and meditation.
