With a new optional meditation prep from 8:30-8:55am!
We move gently and mindfully and breathe intentionally to cleanse + prepare for a meditative sit together beginning at 9am.
Ashlynn Andersen leads our October collective meditation. This is a monthly gathering to meditate together and share in community with one another afterward. All lineages welcome.

9-9:20am Meditation
9:20-9:30 Sangha (community time!)
