Hi there! I'm Carrie, a yoga teacher with a healthy appreciation for both neuroscience and shenanigans. I believe movement should help you feel better in your body, calm your nervous system, and maybe even make you laugh a little.

My classes blend evidence-based practices with a relaxed, welcoming approach—no pressure to be flexible, spiritual, or "good at yoga."

Whether you're brand new to the mat, a seasoned athlete, a veteran, or just carrying the weight of everyday life, you'll find practical tools to move more easily, breathe more deeply, sleep better, and feel more at home in your body.
