Yoga Now’s 36th Annual Yoga Certification Program

  • The Yoga Now Yoga Certification Program includes a foundational and holistic study of the ancient practice of Yoga in the Himalayan Tradition, as well as practical and technical skill development of best practices as a yoga practitioner in modern times.

Much of this training involves learning and discussion coupled with personal participation and practice of the skills we're building.

While practicing postures is one component of the training, it is not the entire focus, as Yoga is so much more than postures. We dive deep into the ancient traditions of Yoga as an ancient art of living, into a personal healing journey.

The majority of our students enroll in this program for personal growth, and some go through the training to see if they want to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) through an accreditation organization such as Yoga Alliance.

Graduates can be found using their yoga practice to support their personal lives, as well as sharing the yoga in studios, schools, organizations, hospitals, workplaces, with veterans, and as modality for their integrative medicine and psychotherapy practices.

Yoga Now’s certification students range in age from 18 to 88. Many of our students find this program during times of transition and growth and the learning serves as a touch tree of peace. Whether going through a transition, looking to deepen in personal practice, to help others, or support recovery, this program is designed with healing in mind.

We have everything we need to succeed within. Yoga Now provides the safe space and a certification notebook with review questions in the back to prepare for the certification test, along with a book list of suggested reading.

Yoga Now encourages self-inquiry, along with ancient wisdom study, applied to a personalized path of life. We honor that everyone’s experience within the certification program is unique, as our relationship will be unique to you and your healing journey.

Join the hundreds of Yoga Now alumni who have graduated from this program. We are here to support you.
