The essence of yoga is deep within each of  us. It is an experience of being. It’s not just for those who want to use it for exercise, but it is for everyone, no matter what conditions or circumstances you are dealing with or healing from. Yoga provides a compass for developing an internal locus of control, finding balance and harmony within. Health stems from this internal state of harmony and self responsibility.

Susi Amendola, Yoga Therapist (IAYT & E-RYT 500)

Founder, Yoga Now

Yogis of ancient times would gather to discuss their spiritual experiences, gain new perspectives, and ask questions. With renewed hope and understanding, they then returned to solitude to practice or to their communities to teach. Let’s follow the path of our ancestors in the Himalayan Tradition and travel inward, together. As we become more peaceful, may there be more peace in the world.
