Each week we will be exploring different practices that are appropriate for students with some previous yoga experience. Detail to form, principles of alignment and refinement of inward exploration are combined with practices of postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation. Please see the class descriptions for further information about particular class styles.
REGISTRATION
Our Yoga classes are all drop in and there is no need to register. Payment is required at your first class.
We offer 3 payment options for all of our drop in yoga classes (no make-ups or refunds on missed class sessions).
