This workshop is part of our Mentoring the Teaching Journey series, designed for the continuing education of Yoga Teachers in the community. It is also open to any yoga student who would like a deeper understanding of this subject for their own practice.

The sage, Patanjali, suggests we develop four down-to-earth attitudes to life's challenges and apply these to all relationships and in all situations.
