Regina Robbins

Susi Amendola pictureRegina began the study and daily practice of yoga in 1998. She started teaching in 2004.

Her greatest teachers are Dr. Michele Desmarais, Kat Myers, Jeff Martens, Paul Grilley, the sacred text, the mat and life itself! Her classes take students through a deep explorative process that challenges them to integrate, exercise and align body, mind and spirit.

A true child at heart, she is a lover of God and Dog… life, learning, nature, family and fun! She wants to create a safe place to explore the joy of being. Regina practices and teaches with a playful spirit and a heart full of laughter and love.

A forever student, Regina holds degrees in Psychology, Language and Culture, and Christian Spirituality. She is currently working toward a Phd at UNMC in preventive & societal medicine, focusing on yoga psychology and the relationship between mindfulness and health behavior.

She also works at the Munroe-Meyer Institute at UNMC as a child development program evaluator and helps run a South Omaha neighborhood outreach program at Castelar Presbyterian Church.
