Omaha Yoga and Bodywork Center

Yoga Certification

Our program is an in-depth study of the many aspects and practices of Yoga, with a focus on how to teach Yoga in a gentle, dynamic and open-hearted way. It takes place one weekend per month, over the course of nine consecutive months. During the times when class is not in session, students are expected to complete various assignments and continue their personal practice.

This training method, though rigorous, allows students time to absorb information and incorporate what they’ve learned into their daily lives.

Please read about the course, and contact us for more information or to register.
