Research has identified simple and easy ways of moving towards emotional balance. In this two hour workshop Psychologist and Holistic Health Counselor Dr. Josh Friedman and experienced Yoga teacher and stress management expert Susi Amendola introduce you to these tools. These tools are an ideal adjunct to talk therapy and can used as stand alone practices. Through an integration of simple to learn yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques, nutrition tools and cognitive and behavioral strategies, participants will be provided with a road map towards mental health.
