This workshop is designed to help prepare the expectant mother, and her support partner, for the journey of labor & birth.  We will touch upon the process of birth, and will practice breathing techniques, coping techniques, labor positions & massage, as well as birthing positions. Your support person could be anyone that will be there for your birth, your partner, mother, sister, friend, etc.
