Qi Gong (Chi Kung)

A martial arts form of energy work that focuses on the three energy centers.
Using breath and gentle exercises, Qigong stimulates and increases the flow of chi (breath) throughout the energy centers of the body. Regular practice of Qigong may reduce symptoms of chronic conditions, increase energy levels, boost immune system and create an overall sense of well-being. Please wear any comfortable clothing (street clothes are fine). It is recommended that jewelry be removed during practice.
You may attend as many times as needed for your to learn the routine, and new members may join at any time. The more you practice, the more benefit you will experience.
